The inner work
The inner work
Three gentle paths back to yourself: sophrology, Chi Nei Tsang and the singing bowls.
Sophrology
Breathing, relaxation, visualisation: your own resources
For adults, teenagers, seniors and children from 6, individually or in companies. For stress and anxiety, emotions, learning and concentration, life changes such as a breakup or grief, and sleep. To prepare for childbirth, exams, a driving test, sport or the stage. As support during medical treatment, or with phobias and addictions.
The first session opens with an intake conversation, then a relaxation and a basic sophronisation that leads to the sophro-liminal level. Follow-up sessions have four phases: a talk, dynamic relaxation, sophronisation and visualisation, then a closing talk. A course usually runs 8 to 12 sessions, and some mutuelles reimburse them.
Kindness, conviviality, trust and non-judgement, in a safe setting and in complete confidentiality.

Chi Nei Tsang
The art of visceral massage, a door to inner healing
A Taoist Chinese massage of the abdomen and its organs, said to have been practised by Taoist monks to stay healthy. A gentle, deep touch, guided by the links traditional Chinese medicine draws between organs and emotions: fear and the kidneys, anger and the liver, sadness and the lungs, worry and the spleen.
With conscious breathing and the six healing sounds, it aims to dissolve blocked energy and make room for courage, calm and creativity. Less stress, easier digestion, a freed diaphragm, easier breathing, a relaxed lower back.
“A door to the healing energy held, and available, in each of us.”

Sound healing
Seven bowls, like a pebble dropped into a calm lake
Himalayan singing bowls are hand-hammered from an alloy of seven metals, linked to the seven planets, the seven chakras and the seven days. Caroline's bowls are hand-forged in Nepal and India, joined by a tongue drum, Koshi chimes and a drum.
You lie clothed on the table, seven bowls placed around and on your body, and the vibration spreads like ripples on still water. Deep rest, emotional release, balance and clarity; the effects can last from a few days up to three weeks.
